Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals in various technical roles within the US market.

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
