US IT Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, a deep understanding of the US job market, and the ability to identify and attract top IT talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills within the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
