Should have a minimum of 3+years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Should have clear understanding of the US-IT recruitment process, which includes and not limited to negotiation of compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have in-depth knowledge of the W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
Proficient in using US Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, social networking sites.
Good Understanding of IT Terms and Technologies.
Must be willing to work in US Day hours (night shifts).
Must be experienced in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting.
Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients.
Good in quality submissions and salary negotiations.
Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
Should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements
