Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP IS-U, SAP Convergent Charging, and SAP Revenue Management. As an SAP BRIM Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best practices, deliver impactful solutions, and ensure the efficient management of billing and revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP BRIM solutions, including modules such as Convergent Charging, Revenue Management, Convergent Invoicing, and FICA.
• Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and configure SAP BRIM solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris).
• Process Optimization: Analyze current billing and revenue management processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency.
• System Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure SAP BRIM modules integrate smoothly with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and other relevant platforms.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP BRIM systems, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP BRIM solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, customizations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest developments in SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, and related technologies to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions, including experience with SAP Convergent Charging, Revenue Management, and Convergent Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities), SAP CRM, SAP Hybris, or related SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) and revenue management processes in SAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in industries such as Telecom, Utilities, or Energy is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP BRIM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
• SAP BRIM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions and integrating them with SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a global team.
