SAP Brim Consultant

Key Responsibility:
 Provide robust technical configuration and custom development support in SAP S4/HANA, BRIM, ECC and integrations with other modules.
 Understand, analyze issues, and identify them to build robust & scalable solutions to improve the existing processes.
 Provide system integration support with other applications like Salesforce and in house Java based ERP system.
 Experience in process improvement and supporting critical application.
 Coordinate and conduct UAT, documentation and JIRA defect to support ticket service.
 Work on Automation and reporting initiatives.
 Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams on enterprise wide projects and Business process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
 Experience with the ECC/BRIM functional module with a minimum of 4 years of experience in S/4.
 Good knowledge of the Order to Access (O2A) and Offer to Order (O2O) business process with hands-on configuration and technical experience.
 Good knowledge of the Order Entry and Financial transaction process.
 Knowledge in FI-CO and FISD integration.
 Knowledge of online store and how it works.
 Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
