Front Office Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide exceptional customer service.
  
• Manage front office operations, including handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, reservations, and communication.
  
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments to deliver outstanding hospitality services.
  
• Provide support to other departments as needed to maintain Restaurants efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (front desk or receptionist).
  
• Excellent telephone handling skills with ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and software .
  
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
