Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
• Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring they are replenished in a timely manner.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitors.
• Provide basic information about the organization and services to clients and guests.
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and out in accordance with office protocols.
• Assist with coordination of deliveries and packages.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office area.
