- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final candidate selection.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified
- Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, industry networks, and referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate assessments and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles within the manufacturing industry, focusing on both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, providing regular reports to HR leadership
