Job Description: As a Front Office Executive at our Sipani Developers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests warmly as they arrive at the site.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our classes, services, and schedules.
• Assist members with site bookings, registrations, and payments.
• Manage class check-ins, ensuring all participants are accounted for and informed about any schedule changes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Promote our classes, workshops, and membership packages to visitors and potential members.
• Assist in resolving member concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for members and staff alike.
