Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

• As an HR Recruiter at Sipani Developers you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Database.
• Prepare job offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in Payroll and Background verification process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
