Job Description: Front Office Receptionist
1.Greet and assist customers, providing guidance in product selection and creating a welcoming environment.
2.Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide accurate information.
3.Check and maintain daily staff attendance records and update the system.
4.Manage staff attendance and leave records
5.Assist the HR department with document management and other requirements.
6.Monitor and manage stationery essentials, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
7.Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
8.Maintain audit files and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
9.Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
10.Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure smooth office operations.
