Front Office Receptionist

Role & responsibilities

• - Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues with a positive and professional demeanor
• - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
• - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner
• - Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and tele-counseling sessions as required
• - Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems
• - Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• - Build and maintain relationships with clients, visitors, and colleagues
• - Stay informed about company news, events, and updates to provide informed responses to queries
• - Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required

Preferred candidate profile

• - Minimum 12th pass (any stream)
• - Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or reception role
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• - Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
• - Knowledge of tele-counseling, aviation, and hospitality industries (desired)
