Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Kokapet

Reports to: Showroom Manager

Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive in a jewellery showroom plays a vital role in ensuring every customer's luxurious and personalized shopping experience. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, managing their inquiries, and providing detailed information about services. The Front Office Executive acts as the face of the showroom, delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Personalized Service: Offer personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to suggest suitable products.
  • VIP Clientele Management: Provide special attention to VIP customers, ensuring they receive a premium shopping experience tailored to their preferences.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback, reporting insights to management to improve service quality.
  • Promotions and Events: Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and special exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining the showrooms appearance, ensuring displays are attractive and products are presented in the best possible way.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage customer records, appointment schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office executive role, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in using Excel and other customer management tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in a luxury jewellery showroom environment.
