Senior Travel Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international holiday packages for Leisure and corporate clients.
• Process voice calls from clients to book hotels, flights, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication skills.
• Generate revenue by upselling and cross-selling relevant tour packages and services.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales in UK / US / CA / AU processes .
• Strong knowledge of International Destinations
• Must have worked with Hotel booking systems & DMC
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to handle international calls.
• Proficiency in generating revenue through upselling/cross-selling techniques
• Flexible in working rotational shifts
