Job Title- B2B Inbound Sales Manager

Position Overview:
HI Destination Management Company is seeking a highly experienced and proactive B2B Inbound Sales & Operations Manager to join our inbound travel division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing B2B client relationships and queries, a strong background in inbound travel sales, and a passion for providing exceptional service. This role is vital in driving business growth, managing B2B sales inquiries, and ensuring flawless execution of inbound travel operations.


Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales & Client Management:

  • Handle inbound B2B queries from travel agents, FTO's, and partners, providing timely and tailored responses.
  • Prepare and deliver customized itineraries, quotes, and proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners by offering expert advice, competitive pricing, and impeccable service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Actively follow up on proposals to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service partners to ensure seamless execution of itineraries.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational flow of confirmed bookings, including accommodations, transfers, tours, and special arrangements.
  • Ensure all services are delivered on schedule and maintain quality standards throughout.

Customer Service & Relationship Building:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to B2B partners, addressing their needs and expectations professionally.
  • Proactively resolve any challenges or concerns that arise during the planning or execution phases.
  • Provide expert recommendations to B2B partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of inbound travel destinations and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in inbound travel sales and operations, with a strong focus on managing B2B queries.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and logistics specific to inbound travel.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to handle B2B client interactions effectively.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, travel booking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Key Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
