We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant who has a proven track record in Domestic and International and incentive travel. If you're passionate about creating extraordinary travel experiences, we'd love for you to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding the travel needs of corporate clients.
• Create and pitch customized travel proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.

Travel Operations:

• Plan, organize, and execute domestic and International travel, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and events.
• Liaise with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best deals and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle end-to-end coordination of itineraries, bookings, and logistical arrangements.

Event Coordination and Management:

• Design and manage incentive programs and corporate retreats, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
• Provide on-site support during events as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to foster repeat business.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-13 years of experience as a Travel Consultant specializing in MICE and corporate travel.
• Proven expertise in both sales and operations for domestic and international corporate events and incentives.
• Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and logistics for corporate travel.
• Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in travel software and tools is a plus.
