Outbound Operation Executive

Job description

• Handling Enquiries and processing bookings by coordinating with the sales team.
• Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
• Handling bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
• Responsible for dealing and negotiating rates with hoteliers and suppliers.
• Actively involved in operations, budgeting, finance follow-ups, negotiating, and crisis management within the company.
• Ensure the data is secured and handled appropriately.
• Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
• Reach the revenue targets.
• Stay up to date on and international travel trends.
