B2B Travel Operations Executive | For Dubai DMC | Exp: 2+ yrs | Delhi

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Travel Operations Executive to join our team in Delhi, India. As part of our Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC), you will handle the end-to-end operations of luxury travel packages for our Dubai clients. The role involves collaborating remotely with our Dubai partners and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of itineraries, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of Dubai's tourism offerings, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end operations for Dubai-based itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, excursions, and other logistics from our Delhi office.
• Coordinate closely with Dubai suppliers (hotels, transport providers, attractions, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams in Delhi to ensure all operational tasks are executed on time and in line with client expectations.
• Handle the full itinerary lifecycle, ensuring that all travel packages meet company standards for quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Monitor and resolve any operational issues that arise during the execution of Dubai-based itineraries, maintaining excellent service standards.
• Stay up-to-date on Dubais tourism landscape and new offerings to enhance the travel packages provided to clients.
• Work with the sales team to customize travel packages based on client needs, ensuring the highest quality experiences for both corporate and individual clients.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding logistics, changes, or challenges in the itinerary.
• Ensure proper invoicing and payment processing in collaboration with the finance team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the process, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel or DMC industry, with a focus on operations, preferably with experience related to Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism offerings, including hotels, attractions, transportation, and excursions.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel industry tools (e.g., booking systems, CRM software).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely with teams and suppliers in Dubai.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in operations within a DMC, particularly with luxury or corporate clientele.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and Dubai-specific travel guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively across remote locations and manage operations in different time zones.
