Operations & Contracting - Travel (MICE)

Key Responsibilities

➢ Liasoning with overseas suppliers, hotels, restaurants, attractions, coach companies, etc.

➢ Building strong & healthy business relationships with Airline, Consulate, Tourism Board, Hotels and Suppliers.

➢ Preparing & assisting sales team with detailed proposal and costing as per client request.

➢ Meeting with clients as and when requested by the Sales Team & help with closure of business.

➢ Product Training & Suggesting to Sales Team as and when required.

➢ Going on an Inspection trip once the group is confirmed to ensure all services go smoothly.

➢ Participating in FAM Trip with prior approval from management.

➢ Escorting the group as and when needed.

➢ Working with reputed and approved vendors only.

➢ Working towards achieving 100% client satisfaction.

➢ Working towards achieving desired operational results and profit to the company.

➢ Heading Operations Team, motivating, managing, etc

➢ Any freebies, complimentary gifts, FAM trip, etc can be accepted only with prior approval from management.

➢ No favor policy - we strictly follow NO Favour policy in any form from anyone. Same is to be updated to the management on and when basis.

Requirements

- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in travel operations management.

- 4+ years operations management or related travel/MICE experience

- Should have strong knowledge about the destinations Domestic/International.

- Should be well-versed in preparing itineraries, costing, and presentation.

- The candidate should have a set of trustworthy vendors/DMCs.

- Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, including current trends and best practices.
