B2B Travel Operations Executive | For Bali DMC | Exp: 2+ years | Delhi

We are looking for an Travel Operations Executive with a strong background in managing B2B operations, particularly in the Bali destination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all operational aspects related to Bali-based itineraries, from liaising with local suppliers to ensuring seamless delivery of services for our B2B clients. You will work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional travel experience for our corporate clients, travel agents, and group tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations for Bali-based travel packages, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellations for accommodations, transportation, and tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bali DMCs, hotels, transportation providers, and other local suppliers to secure the best rates and services for our clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and customize travel itineraries for B2B clients, ensuring the services align with client requirements.
• Handle operational issues, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges that arise during the execution of travel packages.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and smooth coordination.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of services provided, ensuring high standards are met for every itinerary.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of travel documentation, including itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations.
• Track and manage costs, ensuring that the packages are delivered within budget while maintaining service excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and offerings in Bali tourism and incorporate this knowledge into new travel packages.
• Provide support to senior team members in optimizing operational processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on Bali DMC operations or managing travel bookings and itineraries.
• Strong understanding of Bali's tourism infrastructure, including luxury hotels, excursions, transportation, and sightseeing options.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other travel-related tools or platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with B2B clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a high level of service orientation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working directly with Bali DMCs and local suppliers.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.
• Previous experience in managing group tours or corporate client travel.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, including visa requirements for Bali.
