Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented B2C Travel Agent to join our team at Luxury Vacations and Holidays Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi. As a B2C Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them plan and organize their travel experiences. You will assist in booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, offering valuable travel advice, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualification:

• 2-3 years of experience in the travel field.
• Strong knowledge of various travel destinations and the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software.
• Previous experience as a travel agent or in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
