Experience required: Atleast 5 years in inbound luxury Travel

Job Description:

• Profitability and Budget Management: Monitoring and ensuring the profitability of files and effective budget management.
• Quality and Service Delivery: Maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring quality control. Manage entire life cycle of events including accounting, documentation, Client meeting etc while the Clients are on tour.
• Coordination and Public Relations: Facilitating communication and coordination at all service levels, both interdepartmental and with domestic agents.
• Partner Liaison: Managing bookings and schedules with travel partners like hotels and Foreign Tour Operator. Maintain communication with FTOs for better understanding of clients requirements
• Customer Satisfaction: Handling customer inquiries and working to exceed their expectations.
• Sales Visits: Conducting sales visits to clients to foster relationships and drive sales.
• Cost Control: Renegotiating with suppliers to enhance profitability.
• Sales Reporting: Maintaining and submitting weekly sales reports.
• Product and Procurement Coordination: Working with these teams to introduce new products.
• Process Compliance: Ensuring compliance with processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Keeping tabs on conversion ratios, Gross Operating Profit (GOP), and client feedback
