Tour Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage tour operations from planning to execution, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in tour management or related field (travel agency/tours/travel operations).
  
• Strong knowledge of itinerary creation, travel processing, tours packages, and tourism industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using software applications relevant to the role.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
