Senior Travel Sales Consultant

Job description:

1. Prepare & deliver day-to-day Quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet targeted timelines.

2. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary with no errors.

3. Actively engage in briefing and debriefing Travel agents for each tour.

4. To collect the payments for tour files as per payment policy.

5. Coordinate & follow up with Foreign Agents.

6. Maintain communication with FTOs for a better understanding of the clients requirements.

7. Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers.

8. Manage records in the company's designed software/system on time including creating booking quotes, costing, etc.

9. Ensure proper cost control within the stipulated timeline.

10. Financial monitoring of all files.

11. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be from the travel industry only.
• A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 3-8 years experience within the travel industry B2B or B2C market working with Travel Agents and FTOs, or foreign customers.
• Sales and Operations Oriented Superstar.
• An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation, Contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
• Cross-cultural exposure and behavioral skills.
• A creative flair and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
