Role & responsibilities

• Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way.
• Reply all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, full needed information and most competitive rates to materialize maximum business.
• Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files on internal system.
• Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each files requirements.
• Arranging for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding and other related services, according to client itinerary.
• Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
• Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, presentable and professional way.
• Adhere to all agents requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty
• Follow-up cash / advances supplier’s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
• Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
• Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with minimum 2-3yrs work experience in B2B Travel Operations with good knowledge across all interdependent functions.
• Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in curating holidays all across the globe.
• Experience in designing intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, small groups is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, deliver within set timelines, troubleshoot and think independently.
• Ability to oversee and ensure each element of a holiday plan is tied-in efficiently. Oversee visa applications and track progress with the Visa department.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
