Operations Executives, Inbound Tour Executive

Tour Executives:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of tours

- Ensure timely and efficient execution of tour itineraries

- Liaise with suppliers, guides, and transportation providers

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the travel industry (inbound tourism preferred)

- Strong knowledge of destinations, cultures, and tourism products

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
