- We are hiring an HR Digital Transformation Manager for a leading automotive company based in Gurugram.
- This role is responsible for leading HR digital transformation projects, optimizing HR processes, managing issue resolution, overseeing testing phases, and driving change management initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR technology, project management, and digital transformation within a large-scale organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HR Digital Transformation: Lead HR digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables while managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- HR Process Optimization: Design and implement HR transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and enhance employee experience.
- Project Management: Oversee technical evaluations, project tracking, UAT, support, and value realization for HR technology projects.
- Application Development Support: Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development.
- Validate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimate effort for assigned modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with expertise in approval workflows, custom objects, data reporting, data mapping, data import processes, and integrations with S/4 HANA, legacy systems, and external platforms.
- Testing & UAT Oversight: Oversee testing phases, including script development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, defect logging, and resolution management.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, including impact analysis, training development, and communication strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, IT, Operations, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR digital transformation, HR technology, or HR operations.
- Certifications in HR Analytics, Digital Transformation, or HR Operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience in HR cloud applications, IT platforms, and Agile technology.
-Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation (2-3 years minimum).
- Experience in process design, change management, and project management in a medium-to-large-scale organization.
- Strong analytical skills, consultative mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
