Organization Design & Development:
- Lead the design and transformation of the organization structure to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and design efficient organizational structures.
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure the business is agile, scalable, and equipped with the right talent.
- Drive the design and implementation of job roles, reporting structures, and team configurations to enhance performance and collaboration.
- Provide expert advice on organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, understanding business goals and aligning HR strategies to support them.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent management, leadership development, and employee relations.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for key roles.
- Coach and support managers in handling complex HR issues, from performance improvement to conflict resolution.
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead initiatives to identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning strategies.
- Drive training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee skill sets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback and coaching to build a performance-driven environment.
Change Management & Employee Relations:
- Lead and manage organizational change processes, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions for impacted employees.
- Serve as a mediator in employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics related to organizational design, performance, and business outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in successfully leading organizational transformation and business alignment through HR strategies.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA, MSLW, etc.)
- 7 - 10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on organization design and HR business partnering.
- Preferably from Manufacturing (FMCG, Pharma) sector with experience of Manufacturing setups.
