HCM Business Partner - BFSI (3-8 yrs)

- HCM Business partner will be managing complete HR life cycle of around 300 employees across different business units

-Superior Human Capital Management by strengthening systems, controls and processes

- Manage relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by constantly engaging with them.

- To ensure execution of HCM strategy in line with YBL strategy

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, band wise and business unit specific (e.g. YES club, YES connect)

- Supporting the business strategy by way of talent acquisition as per the human capital budget.

- Focus on quality hiring to improve productivity and reduce performance linked attrition , Effective Cost Management and Sustainable revenue generation

- Ensuring proper sourcing mix during manpower hiring to keep recruitment cost minimal

- Driving employee productivity, performance management and business productivity reviews.

- Close monitoring of poor performance cases, clear metrics for managing exit of such employees.

- Driving timely completion of Annual performance reviews in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines

- Superior and consistent customer services

- Creating awareness on HCM processes and timely resolution of employee queries to minimize grievances and reduce escalation.

- Smooth execution of joining formalities for new joinees in YBL

- Ensuring Adherence to HCM policies and processes and motivating employees to participate for continuous improvement in HCM processes.

- Ensuring Adherence to Time discipline, YES personality and grooming guidelines.

- Risk Management - Conduct post hire employee reference check and ensuring all risk and compliance cases are auctioned pon within stipulated TATs

- Conduct exit interviews and report on alarming trends or reason to the HCM/Business leadership team

- Smooth and timely closure of disciplinary, performance, vigilance cases with all actions closed.
