Job Description: HR Generalist
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team full-time at AECC Global India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram, India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive HR process, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a productive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Policy Development: Work closely with sr. management to propose and implement HR strategies and policies that support the organization's goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Talent Onboarding and Off boarding: Manage the workforce planning, onboarding and off boarding.
- Employee Relations: Oversee performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies while staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
- HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a progressive HR generalist role with proven expertise in designing and executing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in workforce planning, policy development, and personnel management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
