As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change through strategic communication, project management, and the implementation of transformational initiatives.
This position focuses on unifying messaging, promoting internal understanding of transformation pillars, and delivering impactful content to engage stakeholders and employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute internal communication campaigns to enhance awareness and understanding of transformation initiatives.
- Unify and elevate the messaging across all transformation pillars to ensure consistency and impact.
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Group Marketing & Communications, HR, and T&O COO teams to create communication materials aligned with transformation objectives.
- Develop and curate compelling content for various communication platforms, including intranets, knowledge portals, and email bulletins.
- Plan, edit, and produce engaging content to ensure optimal message reach across communication channels.
- Ensure successful communication of organizational initiatives and transformation projects to employees and stakeholders.
- Drive the development and execution of the transformation agenda, focusing on innovation and value creation.
- Implement and monitor adoption of Generative AI use cases, tracking their impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with Business COOs and PM leads to manage the transformation portfolio and ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on transformation progress to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional projects across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong storytelling skills, with expertise in presenting ideas and data to achieve stakeholder buy-in.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative thinker with a holistic approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, including GenAI applications, is a plus
