Head - Business Excellence (15-20 yrs)

About the Job:

- We are hiring a Head of Business Excellence for a leading Shared Services organization.

- The ideal candidate will drive process transformation, implement quality strategies, and lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance business efficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate opportunities for process transformation to optimize business operations.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Quality department, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer deliverables.

- Oversee departmental performance, ensuring targets and goals are consistently achieved.

- Deploy Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results using Six Sigma methodologies and other quality tools.

- Lead and manage quality improvement projects to drive operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Transformation, or related roles.

- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in implementing process improvements.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- MBA, CA, or Engineering degree is mandatory
