Head of Business Excellence (Travel Tech)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Training Team Management: Oversee the Training function that develops and implements comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Quality Team Supervision: Oversee the quality team to ensure they are maintaining the highest standards of service.

- MIS Team Supervision: Oversee the MIS to ensure that reports and dashboards are published timely.

- Process Improvement Management: Oversee the various process improvement requirements with the department.

- New Client Transition Support: Manage the transition process for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

- Audit and Compliance Management: Oversee team that maintains the internal audits and compliance to SOP.

- Assist in transition of new business/projects.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience leading quality and training functions within an outsourcing business, with a strong focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) and overseeing seamless new business transitions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for seamless document and presentation creation.

- Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies - preferably Lean, Six Sigma, Yellow/Green Belt.

- BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional/Preferred Skills:

- Experience and understanding of travel or tour operator business.

Educational Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in any field. Master's degree is a plus.
