Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and strategic leader as the South Head of B2C Investment Partnership to join our team. This role will involve leading and managing a talented team within our Investment Partnership division. Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of 6-10 professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Ensure the team consistently meets performance targets.
- Wealth Product Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of wealth management products to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction, aligning with market needs.
- Lead Management: Ensure rapid turnaround times for leads, targeting a response time of less than 24 hours, ideally within 6-8 hours.
- Performance Oversight: Drive a daily investment run rate of 1 crore, implementing effective processes and strategies to achieve and exceed this target.
- Leadership by Example: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, motivating your team through exemplary leadership behaviours and decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies, enhancing overall performance. Leverage your extensive connections and familiarity with the South India market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with a reputable wealth firm. A proven track record in the South India region is essential.
- Education: Graduate degree required; MBA is preferred.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivating and developing talent.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of wealth management products and investment strategies, with specific insights into the South Indian market.
