Job Overview:
We are seeking a VP/ SVP/ Director - Marketing to join our team a. As Head of our Marketing team, you will lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a team and develop innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads in a cost-effective way to achieve the target of 10,000 Cr. AUM
- Creating Strong Brand Value: Build a strong brand value in the SM REIT industry by optimum utilization of various channels and forums in the most cost-effective way.
- Strategy: turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals.
- Budget: manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
- Team Management; lead and motivate a full-time marketing team of six and wider freelancers.
- Agency Management: be responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agency.
- Stakeholder Management: work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales and product management to ensure there is buy-in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support: support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
- Demand Generation: utilize a variety of tactics - ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing - to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
- Content Marketing: oversee through our agency, the execution of a variety of content marketing activities - thought leadership, blogs, eBooks, webinars, and video - ensuring quality is high.
- Digital: be responsible for the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and build our presence across our social channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Marketing Automation: through our Marketing Automation Manager, ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and working, and content is used to personalize the experience for our various personas.
- Analysis: track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth.
- Marketing Department: lead and direct the marketing department, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource allocation.
- Marketing Plans: develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and profitability.
Qualifications
- Leading end to end Marketing gamut from a B2C/FinTech/Finance business preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Demonstrable experience in building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team.
- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Track record of managing external marketing agencies.
- Budget management experience
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
