Samir Bhandari: Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bhandari has been a banker for 33 years. His experience spans multiple Fortune 500 firms. He has worked in Singapore for 26 years, holding senior leadership positions with USB as Executive Director and JP Morgan as Managing Director. Prior to hBits, Mr. Bhandari was working as a Managing Director at Nomura. He is CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads in a cost-effective way to achieve target of 10k AUM
- Creating Strong Brand Value: Build a strong brand value in SM REIT industry by optimum utilization of various channels and forums in an most cost effective way.
- Strategy: turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals.
- Budget: manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
- Team Management; lead and motivate a full time marketing team of six and wider freelancers.
- Agency Management: be responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agency.
- Stakeholder Management: work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales and product management to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support: support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
- Demand Generation: utilise a variety of tactics - ABM, paid social, webinars and email marketing - to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
- Content Marketing: oversee through our agency, the execution of a variety of content marketing activities - thought leadership, blogs, ebooks, webinars and video - ensuring quality is high.
- Digital: be responsible for the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and build our presence across our social channels - LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Marketing Automation: through our Marketing Automation Manager, ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and working, and content is used to personalize the experience for our various persona's.
- Analysis: track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth.
- Marketing Department: lead and direct the marketing department, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource allocation.
- Marketing Plans: develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and profitability.
Qualifications
- Leading end to end Marketing gamut from a B2C/FinTech/Finance business preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
