Area Manager - Investment Products

Responsibilities:

- Manages a team of Wealth Banking Relationship Managers.

- Leading, guiding and mentoring team of Wealth Banking Managers.

- Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals.

- Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth Customer through joint calls with RMs.

- Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across Investment products.

- Monitoring & reviewing Relationship Managers Portfolio quality and hygiene metrics.

- Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets.

- Effectively manage and motivate team.

- Hiring and retaining of competent team members.

- Portfolio analysis with RMs and alignment with client needs.

- Ensuring 360- client engagement "Total Client Ownership".

- Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to leverage Cross-sell opportunities.

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.

- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team.

- Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders.
