Job Purpose:

- The objective of this role is to contribute to the team's efforts in delivering exceptional financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- As an Individual Contributor, you will provide crucial support to Relationship Managers, assisting in the execution of wealth management strategies and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our valued clients.
- Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for wealth management will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the team's overall success.
Main accountabilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Assist in raising funds from HNI / UHNI clients with Technical & Fundamental research for equities and advising the same to clients mapped to the wealth managers.
- Regular meetings with Active clients, converting the dormant clients into active along with respective wealth manager.
- Regular regional visits for HNI client meetings, seminars/events.
- Send across research reports to current and prospective clients and assisting in writing quarterly client newsletters.
- Provide investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.
- Provide updates on investment opportunities to clients and Relationship Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient client support.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Maintain current knowledge of competitors' investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to inform decision-making and enhance client portfolios.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Assist in developing personalized financial plans, taking into consideration clients' unique goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, investment summaries, and performance reviews for client presentations.
Team Management
- Collaborate with senior management to define team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Degree: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
