Specialist - Talent & Development

Responsibilities:

- L& Development should be minimum 6 years

- Excellent knowledge of different training techniques, Learning Cycle and learning styles

- High level of Coaching, presentation, influencing, and facilitation skills including at a senior leadership level

- Expert ability to deliver via virtual classroom and face to face

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written)

- Practical knowledge of current thinking and trends in learning and development

- Sound knowledge of Risk and Rigor Management and Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices

- Good knowledge of Equality and Diversity policies

- Ability to consistently execute at speed getting the balance right between the quality of content and speed of delivery

- Ability to co-ordinate and priorities activities

- Ability to stay self-disciplined and self - motivated

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

- COLF = Certified Online Facilitator

- Training related qualification

- L& Development should be minimum 6-8 years

- Role is based out of Pune
