Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to manage the design, development, and implementation of learning strategies and programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture, identifying training needs, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & Program Development:

- Design, implement, and manage L&D strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs.

- Develop and manage leadership development programs, soft skills training, technical skill enhancement, and compliance training.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create customized training solutions.

Training & Development Execution:

- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions, both in-person and virtually.

- Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors when required.

- Oversee e-learning programs and ensure the delivery of engaging content through the LMS (Learning Management System).

Performance & Evaluation:

- Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics (e.g., improvement in skills, increased performance).

- Continuously improve training materials and methods based on employee feedback and performance data.

Employee Engagement & Growth:

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels of the organization.

- Support career development and succession planning initiatives through structured learning pathways.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for L&D initiatives, engaging with senior leadership and department heads to align training efforts with business objectives.

- Communicate regularly with HR and talent management teams to ensure training aligns with broader employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.

- A master's degree or certifications in L&D, training, or HR would be an advantage.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs at various organizational levels.

- Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS management.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in instructional design, content development, and adult learning theories.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualities:

- A passion for employee growth and development.

- A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative training programs.

- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve the effectiveness of training initiatives.
