Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their impact.
Talent Development and Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Identify training and development needs; design or recommend programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and succession planning initiatives.
Change Management:
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
- Promote a culture of agility, inclusivity, and innovation to adapt to changing business needs.
