Designation - Lead Learning & Development
Location - Nagpur
Experience - 8years + handling the Learning & Development
- To be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Learning & Development strategy and processes across the level at various business units. The role holder shall also be responsible for ensuring the L&D methodologies and training plan in place along with defining the training calendar and budget for all the strategic units and its process at Corporate. Regular assessment for optimization of the plan and meeting organizational objectives through training the team and developing their competencies.
Accountabilities Major Activities:
- Developing & Implementing Learning Strategies - Deriving the learning prospect for individual through TNI (Training Need Identification).
- Collaborating with the stakeholder for implementing the L&D Strategies at the shop floor across levels.
- Identifying the training methodologies and monitoring applicability for bringing maximum effectivity.
- Developing the training material and identifying the internal and external trainers for specific trainings.
- Devising L&D Training Budget - Finalization of the training calendar for every FY for all the strategic Units and its subsequent approval from HR Head and respective Head of the Unit.
- Preparing the training Budget and connecting with various subject area experts for creating the trainer talent pool.
- Negotiating the contracts with the external trainers and finalizing the course content.
Assessment & Optimization of the training plan. - Ensuring the training effectiveness through designing assessment procedure and models.
- Responsible for defining the frequency of the assessment and evaluation of the test.
- Identifying the gap and mitigating it through organizing training programmes as required to build the required competency and skill in the individual across the functions.
- Data Management & LMS - Ensuring the maintenance of the data/records of the trainings conducted through attendance sheet.
- Calculation of the required indices for submitting the report to management.
- Analysis of the report and submission for taking adequate action for effective results.
- Extensive utilization and assist in evaluation of the Learning Management System.
- Master's in human resource or equivalent (mandatory).
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
