About Our Client:
Our client, a chocolate company, started operations in 1983 and is in the B2B sector. It continues to be the backbone of the FMCG Industry in India. Our client is the go-to brand for businesses that need chocolate in any form. They produce chocolates, fillings, creams, compounds, cocoa products, decorations, inclusions, chocopastes, and even choco-dips! The turnover for FY 2024 was approx. Rs.1450 Cr. and have a network of 200+ dealers. The manufacturing facility in Maharashtra is highly automated and is HACCP, FSSC 22000 as well as Halal certified.
Job Description:
1. Talent Management:
Conceptualising & implementing all people development interventions for the organisation which will include, Assessment, coaching, Individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and development programs
- Supporting the development of high potential employees ensuring an enhanced pipeline of High Performing Talent at all levels.
- Collaborate with functions on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate
2. Competency mapping & Assessment:
Ensure functional capability framework is implemented, with mapping and proper tracking for all functions.
3. Learning & Development Interventions:
Designing and execution of Learning and Development interventions to strengthen people capability & support in strategizing organisations L&D journey
- Manage formal and information communications for L&D team interventions to drive awareness, adoption and attendance among employees and leaders.
- Facilitate in-house training modules.
- Develop L&D dashboards for business reviews to report out on L&D metrics, insights for ongoing/completed projects and provide actionable recommendations for the future in line with business and L&D road map
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices for LMS Management and training administration.
4. Organisational Development Interventions:
- Driving the culture building Programs, workshops and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Drive Employee Value Proposition including
- Employee Engagement (EE) Survey, EE Initiatives & Action planning
- Career path development Road map for Individuals & functions
- Employee Branding Conceptualising to Implementation
5. Execution of various Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives to create an impact, raise organizational effectiveness creating a culture of high performance
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 9 - 14 years in Talent Management, Learning & OD Practices
- MBA in HR (Full Time)
- Certifications in Talent Management / OD will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be open to travel as this position requires travel across locations in India
