Our client is a leading life insurance client based at Mumbai.
Designation: AVP-Investment Operations.
Reporting to : - Finance Controller.
Job Purpose: To handle overall processes on Investment Back office and Mid Office reporting including Working capital management, Treasury settlements, Fund accounting and NAV publication, Limit management, statutory and concurrent audits and all regulatory and internal compliances & reporting of Investment back & mid office
Responsibilities:
- To manage Investment Back office and Mid Office operations including Working capital management, Treasury settlements, Fund accounting, NAV publication, Limit management, custodian facility, Internal MISs
- To ensure compliance of all Investment Regulations, reporting & accuracy of data
- To provide Financial and Regulatory reporting of Investment function including IndAS reporting.
-To strengthen Investment processes, operational efficiency and building internal controls.
- To ensure Statutory, Concurrent, Internal and Risk Audit for Investment function and compliance thereof.
- To train the team members across all investment operation activities.
- To ensure smooth functioning of Investment Management Systems' including new developments/system.
Education/Experience:
- CA/ MBA.
- 6 to 10 years of experience.
