FundTQ is looking for experienced professionals from investment banking, Mergers & Acquisition and Management Consulting profile for our Gurgaon Team.

Prior Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Deal Execution, Audit, Lead Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Valuation & Merger & Acquisition.

Required:

- Experience in making Pitchdecks, valuation reports and financial models

- Experience in capital raising and M&A transaction

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience of managing deals independently

- Preparation of in-depth industry research reports

- Ability to connect and build relationship with investors

Education:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant batch 2016/2017/2018/2019
