Learning & Organization Development Role - NBFC (9-18 yrs)

- This role holder will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with our company's values, goals, and growth trajectory.

- The incumbent will drive the design, implementation, and assessment of leadership programs that empower our talent to excel and lead effectively in a rapidly evolving landscape.

- Design and implement strategies for talent retention and development of identified hi-potential employees.

- Design and manage succession planning, leadership development and career progression frameworks.

- Develop and execute D&I strategies aligned with organization and group goals.

- Develop and implement employer branding practices to position the organization as a great place to work.

- Should have extensive experience in Talent Management and DE&I specifically.
