Sales Manager

• The Unsecured Loans unit is an initiative to facilitate loan processing end-to end digitally for our customers. The unit is active since inception of the company and is more than 3 years old now. The journey to AUM of 3000 Cr. was rigorously exciting. And we ended December 21 with achievement of our milestone aim of 250 Cr. volume disbursals.
• Our Product offering portfolio consists of Salaried personal loans and Self-employed personal loans. In Self-employed we have products of Business loans and Professional Loans (for Doctors/Chartered Accounts).
• We offer loan amount starting from 50K to 35 L covering length and breadth of the country while serving 41 markets.
• Our digital orientation enables us to process loans at blazing fast speed serving our customers need in few hours from the moment of customer visiting us on our digital platform and to money being credited into his account.
• Our USP is Flexi-Hybrid loan type, which provides user the convenience of flexible loan amount utilization benefitting the customers with lower interest outgo as compared to traditional Term loans.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales and Distribution management of multiple online products sales like Home Loans AND LAP (Salaried and self-employed)
• To cross-sell insurance (Life Health) to customer during pick-up
• Generate Business Avenues from leads generated and achieve self-sourcing targets by converting leads from various sources like CIBIL Watch, Prospect data, website leads etc.
• Ensuring that the individual/team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, pitching, documentation and sales closure on daily basis.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective fulfillment.
• Create unique customer experience by disbursing the loan in the fastest manner and achieving targets and End to End TAT.
• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Responsible for portfolio performance of the location
