Field Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for business loans, personal loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other secured/unsecured loan products.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer engagement.
  
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills development.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in field sales management or related role in banking or finance industry.
  
• Strong understanding of business loan, personal loan, mortgage loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
  
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights from MIS reports.
