Senior Manager - Risk Management

Workingclosely with Business team and Tech Rule Engine coding team to completely codeRisk Policy rules of partner banks on BFDL lending platform.

Work onFunnel analysis including Approval rates and daily TTD metrics.

Assessment ofimpact of policy changes on BNFDL funnel.

Support indevelopment of new test programs and enhancement of funnel and offers framework.

Monitor performanceof existing risk policy, testing new policy, bringing new variables and modelsfor continuous optimization of acquisition performance.

Assessingalternate data solutions to understand various capabilities that can be usedfor acquisition assessment

Preparationof ad-hoc MIS and any other analysis to share with seniors and other internalstakeholders.

Work experiencein Fintech domain in Risk / Portfolio Management.

MastersDegree in Finance or allied subjects with relevant experience of 6 to 7 years.

Expertise andhands-on with MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint Presentation, & JIRA

Expertise inworking with large sets of data to discover actionable insights
