Human Resource Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, and joining formalities for employees.
• Assist in recruitment management by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in an HR role or equivalent industry experience (BPO/Call Centre).
• Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory (Human Resources/Industrial Relations specialization).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) required; knowledge of HR software systems a plus.
